I was a carpet cleaner by trade who fell in love with marketing. Now I’m a passionate marketing maniac who teaches others how to clean up their act and build successful businesses.
Hi I’m Rob Anspach, owner of Premiere Carpet Cleaners and Anspach & Associates. Two different companies, two different industries…what I field test in one company, I teach in the other.
I started Premiere Carpet Cleaners in 1995, not really knowing anything about running a business…but I quickly found out! It’s not all roses! In fact, I like many companies almost failed in my first year… I put too much trust in others to design advertising and marketing that just wasn’t working. I realized that in order for me to be successful I needed to take matters into my own hands.
Then I discovered how to create marketing that gets attention, compels people to call to pay top dollar for my services, and to refer me to their affluent friends and neighbors.
Not only did those ads and marketing pieces get the attention of my customers, but also compelled other entrepreneurs to call me…and so Anspach & Associates was born.
Now, I teach entrepreneurs how to maximize and monetized their online & offline marketing experience to attract and retain clients for life, how to market to the affluent and turn their passions to profits.

In my carpet cleaning business, when I fired all the so-called marketing reps and took back control of my marketing...it was the scariest, but most rewarding time in my career as a business owner.
I spent years studying entrepreneurs, how they act, what they expect and what they do. I studied customers...their habits, what compels them to buy, why they refer their friends. I bought hundreds of books on business, marketing, selling, hiring, copywriting, motivation...heck you name it, I probably read it.
I still study everything I can get my hands on... my wife says I'm always reading something. (When I'm not writing or helping others...of course!)
I tweaked, rebranded and revamped my carpet cleaning business many times over...until I was the highest priced cleaner in my area...then I raised the prices some more. What my business was bringing in one day some of my competitors were working 6 days for the same amount.
My philosophy is... why work harder when you can work smarter.
Many entrepreneurs don't have the luxury of spending 15 years studying everything about marketing, client retention, compelling offers, hiring and motivating employees... sheesh...some have their schedules so wrapped tight it's a wonder they have time to smell the roses.
